Timely and High-Quality Consultation and Treatment in Three Easy Steps

1. Booking

After you send a request for an appointment through our website, you will receive an email or a phone call from our office. You will be receiving questionnaires and other necessary forms via E-mail so you get prepared for your appointment with the doctors. If you already have Nerve Conduction Studies, EMG, X-rays, MRI you will have the option to upload them to your health portal before your visit.

2. Initial Evaluation

A. Neurology consultation is performed with a focus on the brain and nerve system wellbeing.

B. Sports & Spine Medicine consultation is performed by our Sports and Spine trained specialist.

C. Pain Management consultation is performed by a board-certified specialist. You may need additional psychosocial, stress, or sleep testing as they contribute to chronic pain. Our specialist provides a comprehensive approach to treat your condition using lifestyle modification, non-opioid medications, therapeutic exercise, bracing, and other pain management modalities or minimally invasive interventions.

D. Primary care services with an emphasis on preventive medicine are provided by a Family Medicine specialist. In-house diagnostic studies will help the physician identify and treat major chronic diseases promptly.

3. Treatment Plan

During the visits, we will order certain diagnostic tests, as necessary, such as NCS, EMG, MRI, X-Ray, etc to help us with the correct diagnosis and treatment plan.

After your consultation, you will be provided a comprehensive treatment including Lifestyle and or job modification, therapeutic exercise, orthotics, and non-opioid medications. Prescriptions are sent electronically to your pharmacy of choice. Injections are performed in the office.
